A person's temple

A person’s temple, in the context about to be described, is very important to the individual. It is the outside manifestation of his inner soul and all his hopes and desires. Creating an area and space that speaks to his inner self allows reflection and absorption, constantly strengthening the alignment of one's conscious world with their inner self and desires. It is a framework, a stencil, and a support system to shape oneself into what they wish to become.

Let us create the temple.

First, we need an area to convert. The deeper and more personal the area, the more effective this will be. An office will be less effective than a personal bedroom, which, in turn, is less effective than imprinting upon one’s own body. Some people use hobby sheds, some build structures for the specific purpose of being a temple, and others use open spaces, gardens, or wooden enclaves. There are many possibilities, and the one that best suits your personal preference will resonate most effectively with your soul.

Next, we need to cleanse the area. The area can hold a lot of clutter, from the materialistic world to mental and emotional baggage. In a bedroom, you may find emotional baggage from crying oneself to sleep or dealing with anger. It also holds the echoes of your past, including things you wish to overcome. All vibrations of these past experiences need to be cleared out through effort and ritual. This place is no longer a manifestation of your weaknesses but a place to find strength.

Remove anything that doesn't appeal to your future self, including posters, artwork, rubbish, clothing, or furniture. Make a ceremony out of this process to strengthen the mental and emotional shift. Use fire, chanting, or spoken goodbyes to affirm what you are accomplishing.

Next, address the mental associations within the space. Identify objects that no longer align with your future self and remove them. Examples include playing cards if they represent gambling or train tickets if they represent cannabis smoking. Change or cut these mental ties.

To emotionally pacify the space, use an oil burner to fill the room with lavender scents, possibly combined with eucalyptus and passionflower. These scents will help neutralize any anxiety within the area. While the oils are burning, meditate in the space, visualize the dispelling of bad energy, and breathe in fresh, positive energy.

Once the area is cleared of clutter, start to fill it with aspects that reflect your desired essence. The goal is to stimulate your senses in ways that represent both the outside and inside worlds. Find scents you enjoy, foods that inspire, objects that captivate your gaze, sounds that signify change, and textures that feel good against your skin.

Next, express your inner self within this space. This requires creativity and individualism. Use art to warn yourself against pitfalls and to celebrate what you wish to embrace. Make the art strong and symbolic, so it speaks to you directly.

Treasure and use your temple. Spend time in prayer, contemplation, and meditation within it. Pay attention to your surroundings and shape them to your desires. Let the space resonate with your heart and bring harmony to your inner self.
