The Bond
I will write now of the bond, as it is an important factor for the Dark side as a whole and especially for the Jensari for whom it is a fundamental principle. First let me define the bond. The bond is our loyalty, our unity, our oneness, it makes us the single being we are. We are the warriors of the Dark side. But I hear many say what does this mean? Are we at war? Indeed we are at war. We are at war for knowledge, power, and victory. This leads on to the ways in which we may feel the bond and how it may be used. The Bond makes us stronger than others. Stronger how? It gives us more influence over the spiritual world clearly. We are many and so we are stronger than few. The more adept we become in our use of the force the stronger this already unbreakable bond will become. In the realms of our spirits, in which we enter when we meditate, we see ourselves as one strong thread in the eternal threads of time. We see how this thread is young yet powerful. We see what this thread will become. When meditating feel your Brothers' and Sisters' metaphysical forces joining with yours. As you unite to become a single force see what you know we will be in the future. See our forces in the fabric of eternity enveloping all other forces, see Jensari and the dark everywhere you look. Feel the power of the Dark in all its glory. Use this power as you will. I will now write of what arguably is more important. We are in this reality only in the spiritual world in part and while we must immerse ourselves in it we must not ignore the physical. The physical means not only our one-on-one personal combat abilities but also our power within society. We feel the Bond and so we know we must allow no harm to come to our brothers and sisters. We would also destroy anything which looked like it may one day harm one of our number. However, how can this be done? Are we to send out bands of our warriors to destroy our enemies? Not now (although I relish the thought). For now, we must do as do other dark siders. We must gain power and as much power as possible. When eventually we have control where we seek it, then we may act. It is of course up to each one of us to decide how to achieve this power.
